This "Sinclair" and "Alexander" were clearly major players in Rapture before the civil war as Suchong refered to them in one audio diary, possibly fellow scientists (Sinclair probably funded his/her research via alcohol sales, if Sinclair Spirits is any indication), they are unaccounted for...The Big Daddy prototype was in hiberation during the events in Bioshock.

@NetMoverSitan not hibernation but he was actually dead, then they were able to get his genes into the Vita Chambers, so they could bring him back to life

the plasmids arent actually random, it is usually the same every time

What I just noticed: I'm playing along with you and my plasmids are switching to the ones that yours are switching to. Starts off at Target Dummy, Winter blast 3, Electro Shock 3 and Enrage, same as yours.
