I have a Korean friend and she's told me that over weight Koreans, or Asians are not uncommon but not may of those over weight are because they were just born with that body type. In my opinion, pure blood Koreans are naturally skinny, and it's frowned upon to not be, since being over weight implies they have unhealthy habits resulting in looking a lil' plump.

I'm 100% Korean, but I am not nearly as skinny as those girls.. It's really sad, my mom and sister are sooo skinny. Really, how often do you see an asian that is really overweight? My family really looked down on me because of my weight. It just wasn't "natural" for them. To be super skinny. *sigh* Asian models look so much skinnier than American models... It's a bit sad D: Great thinspo =)

yeh i think it is mostly american/aus/eng countries cos i had an exchange student from indonesia for a year and when she went bak (she stayed in aus for a yr) she was like 10kg heavier and she didnt over eat here nd after a month of bein bak there she went bak to her normal weight again, lost the 10kg naturally...our food sucks!!

And here is one of those men telling you that you're absolutely right. I like slim, but skinny like 2:30 in this video is just harrowing and repulsive.

Because of photoshop they can make those models look healthy, while in fact they are almost dead.

I'm not asian, but I've lived in Hawaii all my life where more than half of the population is asian. So naturally I'm huge compared to them. This thinspo helps me with losing weight though, my goal is to become skinny like the girls in this video.

i understand your pain! I am full blood Chinese and i don't even come close to anyone in the video. I am fat and ugly (others say i don't, but its the way i feel) i think it depends on where you live. like if you live in America you are going to get fat. My friend from Korea came here as an exchange student and she was telling me she was gaining weight and my classmate friend said "thats what you get when you are in America" and think about it that is all you can do here

actually, its pretty true. My mom was like 90 pounds before she came to the US and quickly gained weight after a year or so here in America.

Yeah I completely agree. I'm full blooded Asian, Chinese to bee exact. But I eat a lot of the food here and the only thing that's keeping me from becoming fat is that I dance like crazy. No matter how much I dance though I stay thin from waist and up but my legs are fat and disgusting.

I don't think all asian are naturally thin. Asian women are like everybody else...some of us do struggle with some kind of eating disorder.
