Im from the northern wheatbelt in Western Australia. A few people bought New Holland headers like these, they were great. But they are always breaking, and not very reliable. Now they have gone back to John Deere. And no problems. Has anyone else had troubles with them?

we have just recently bought the cr9090 and face a few problems now and again but overall great to operate when in full working operation.

look the newholland combines have the same frame as the case ones they are made in the same factories, but the newholland have more capacity and due to the twin rotors and they clean the grain better then any other combine out there and unlike jd they are all metal sides, no plastic like deere

@baltic1284 seeing as no one has answered your question I'll give you my best guess. Ford used to own the tractor brand and they were blue. New Holland combines have been yellow since the beginning as far as I know. I don't know why they didn't change the color with the acquisition of the tractors, but that is just they way it has been.

i drove class for 10 years then IH for 30 we DEMOED a cr9070 to our 8120 same class, class 8. The cr blew the 8120 out of the water more capacity. i hated the stick at the beginning but i after i ran the cr for 5 hours it was more comfortable

new holland has the worst hydrostatic drive ever. its way to slow responding and the controls are in the worst spots and on top of that i don't think they could find another place to put a belt or chain cuz it is already packed full of them. i've seen 9120 go way faster than that

@tjkillduff I think they're basically the same except New Holland have 2 rotors and Case have only 1. Personally I'd choose a Case any day, but no denying New Holland are great machines too.

Bullshit!! The 9120 is about 525 hp the 9090 is 591. Our 9070's will keep up to 9120s

@curjar, you are an idiot, a 9120 and any cr 9070,9080,9090 have the exact same cab, and same hydrostatic drive. the case and new holland platform are identical, minus the fact that nh has 2 rotors, and case has an internal chopper

@curjar i've also seen other harvester go faster but we cannot compare it depends of the crops. I'm pretty sure the video has been taken in a place where the crops are over 10T per hectars.

So for now i won't say that the 9120 is faster because i didn't see it side to side with de 9090cr. But the lexion 580 and 600 are faster (the 580 holds the new harvest record and the 600 is bigger than the 580)
