As far as supplements go, i've literally tried every single thing on the planet. I know you're thinking that's not possible...seriously, if there's a type of therapy, an herb, a vitamin, an amino acid, and on and on...i've tried it. Nothing works!!! I've probably spent about $20,000 getting help for anxiety/depression.
