Actually, the one from 0:58-1:07 is quite explainable. Until 1978 blacks were not accepted as full members into the Mormon faith, and then after their living prophet had a "vision" that year (yes, I know it's BS), blacks could then have all benefits and were even encouraged to join. I'm not a Mormon and I'm not defending either their faith or their racial policies, just merely pointing out that that sign makes more sense when all of those factors are considered.
