the court should be very lenient with this woman its a crime of passion and in this era of HIV/Aids this stupid behavior should not be tolerated. If I were the judge I would acquit without any delay and jail the man instead.

That dead woman would have met the same fate anyway if Kenya was Saudi Arabia.

Infidelity is so common in Kenya nowadays that it's almost acceptable by spouses. It's not a shock if your husband/wife has lots of girlfriends/boyfriends because hiyo ni mambo ya kawaida in Kenya ya sasa. I blame the condoms sometimes for making it too easy for cheaters to take the risk because they know they cannot get infections.
