I have only called CPS twice, because I know what they will do. I live in a smaller area n am a former foster parent. I quit, sick of watching white kids n babies kept from fine parents, adopted out n mixed, troubled or special needs kids thrown to foster families w/ no training in spec needs for 1800$/mo stipend. Many of the FF here have quit or r protesting. There r ads everywhere for foster families. Also, too many private corps involved. Lutheran social services removes kids here.

Many grandparents jump at the opportunity to raise the child.. taking the place of the mother..
