Hey, how do you have the kick drum cam? As in, how do you run main and kick cams at the same time (edit them together).. Sorry im new to all this stuff..:)

@eclps3 yeh, pretty much. i record them both seperately, and then edit them together in sony vegas. just sync the two angles up and hey presto!

@anchorman52 may look like that, but i assure you i do enjoy it. i just cant get into it too much otherwise i get too loud and get cops at the doors, dont have very nice neighbours you see! and i shall!

nice cover, but i wonder if i could ask you to give it another go. it came out great, but i'd really like to learn this song and there's no other covers of this on youtube. i really like the separate cam for the kick pedal, but it doesn't help that it died halfway through. also, i can't even see your left hand and the music is barely audible. i really hate to ask you to do this just for me, but i figured it doesn't hurt to ask.

i would love to do it again to help you out, but unfortunately i just done have the time just now.

if your really stuck, check out some live vids of flyleaf performing this, sure there will be some good angles of the drummer in a few of them which could certainly help you out :)

as for the angle, i know. unfortunately thats the only one available just now, i moved my kit around..... will try and sort it out next time

oh and i noticed that with the music also, next time i will try not to toggle with the mp3 volume in audacity.

its my fault lol!

i dont know if this is any use....

but if your counting the song 1 2 3 4, then the snare is either always falling on the 3, or on the 1 and 3. excluding the fills. which if you listen to the cover, you should be able to pick apart. or if you tell me what bit your struggling with i can certainly try and explain it here :)
