i have been building pcs for 7 years and i have never worked with watercooling... in those 7 years i have only seen one watercooling system up close back in 2006 hahaha 7900gt sli watercooled.... yeah those wer the days =P.... thanks for the help i want a quite system so your vids may help me =)

what temps do you get with that setup, ive been getting 41 idle temps on my 780i mobo, but its hot too the touch, like it burns, it seems to be heating up my whole case cuz its all i can find that making so much heat,

you can´t tell, because it depeneds on radiator, water temperature and stuff. normally you get lower temperatures than with air cooling and its quiet. thats the point

Slame bei 3:01 min hab ich grad mal das Video gestoppt und mir brennt jetzt förmlich diese Frage auf der Zunge. Wenn man sich das gestoppte Bild mal etwas länder ansieht, bemerkt man, dass die Schraubanschlüsse für das Mainboard sowohl auf der Northbridge, als auch auf der Southbridge in die gleiche richtung zeigen. Also oben links und unten rechts. Wie kann das sein, dass die Anschlüsse für die Schläuche dann trotzdem in

yeah .. same mounting like the striker. you need to refill some water every 4 months and after 2 years you should change the tubing. but i bet you change your hardware more often ;-)

if you remove the stock cpu cooler you don´t have any air coming from it to the passive NB and mosfet coolers. e.g. Asus tells you to install another fan directly on the heatpipe then. ;-)

no .. you dont need to cool the southbridge. passive cooler is enough, even if you wanna overclock
