@lecagot2 Because that specific racial groups is struggling with it the most. It's called survival. It is psychological fact to help your own first. Everyone does this. Hence, the reason narrowing it to one specific racial group is vital and very necessary in this situation. Other groups are helping their own, why can't we?

throughout the inner cities of this country, works with the
courts and etc...and the problem most often is a lack of black men willing to lend a hand, get involved. So cut through the talk about what they should know and take
a few minutes away from that football game, or from going to the gym, and get involved. Be the change.

All of these comments are thinly veiled indications of the presence of the slave mentality. WORK hard for massa, learn HIS HISTORY....I know this is an over simplification, but where is the clarification ?
