  • OMG this is amazing! I like it a lot.

  • i love it

  • cool!

  • Wonderfull! Love it!

  • I've been in the woods here in newfoundland where I'm from plenty of times and let me tell you, when I feel like there are faeries in the woods with me, I do not stay in there to find out whether they are nice or not, chances are, they aren't. Kind of cool film though, should have been narration though I think.

  • Whoever mad ethis needs to make a full length movie of it!

  • "attack to the camera"... again that usual and mainstream effect?

That final part was out of context and don't helps to the mystic initial impression.

Sin embargo la obra salió muy buena e inclusive existe una mensaje de advertencia implícita dentro, muy bueno.

  • Here is the advice: Never trust strangers ... even in a fairy

  • a faerytail gone wrong

  • Finally someone posts the truth and not the disney version of the supernatural world

  • she looks like the snobby british version of hayden penettiere

  • :(

  • The actress that plays the girl and the actress that plays the mom were both in The Clinic.

  • WTF kind of fairies are those? more like mutated insects if you ask me

  • @CODFTW78 Those are either a type of sprite or pixie. They are lesser and trooping fae.

  • @CODFTW78 Not all fairies are sparkly and pretty...Keep in mind that goblins, trolls, and redcaps are fairies too. Furthermore, even the good fairies can be pretty nasty when they're pissed.

  • Got anymore?

  • Loved it!

  • What camera did u use??????

  • Were is Hallboy when you meed him?

  • LOL THAT WAS HILARIOUS!!!!!! She just got pwned

  • That was horribly creepy!

  • This is the best reproduction of lesser fae I have seen yet. This really helps to bring to light the fact that faeries are NOT your friend! BURN TINKERBELL BURN!! (specifically DISNEY renditions)

  • @RogueRiley hahahha burn haha

  • @duffy546 lol I didn't mean to post twice. XD But my internet was messing up. O__o

  • This is the best rendition of faeries (of lesser fae anyway) that I have seen yet! This was spectacularly brilliant and keeps true to the fact that faeries are NOT your friends!!

  • Well...that was just heart warming and morbid. I really love faeries now.

  • Thanks for making my skin crawl and killing a part of my inner child.

  • Thank you! Finally someone did some research on the real fairy behavior.

  • @virgilsfury101 SERIOUSLY!! Faeries are NOT your friend!!

  • poor girl, but that cinematography was amazing :~.)

  • That was brutal. HAHA...

  • Well...now I hate faeries. Thank you very much! The girl is a very good actor and the cinematography was spectacular. Wow! But I still hate faeries.

  • This video deals with faeries. There are good faeries and there are bad faeries. These are faeries Melissa shouldn't have messed with. It doesn't matter if your gender is a rock. Be cautious around unknown faeries. Period.

  • O_O

  • This is why you listen to your mommy.

  • @autumnunicorn well sorta true. All fairies are nice but not All FAE or Faerys are nice...the fairies I've met are nice and same with others...if you want help defending some tell me.

  • Not all fairies are cute little things like Tinkerbell are they? In fact they can get quite nasty can't they but legend has always reported that.

  • @autumnunicorn Even Tinkerbell got pretty nasty when it came to Wendy...

  • what a brat! im glad the faeries feasted on her...

  • Yeah, I know that this is supposed to be a horror movie, but a lot of horror stories have a badass--female protagonsist...it wouldn't have hurt to have had her take over and become the leader of the faeries--in fact it would have been exactly that--badass!

  • @GremlinSpike Many of these "badass" female protagonists end up dying in horror films- AND they're all especially attractive looking women, aren't they? I find *that* to be more sexist than giving them a horror film fate that could be shared by almost anyone. If she had taken over, the film would've had a completely different meaning. It's not about the girl, or women in general, this short is about the FAERIES.

  • @KayBirDee Not about sexism, dear. A cautionary tale. Stop over-analysing.

  • @runemal909 That's...just what I was telling GremlinSpike. 0_o

  • @GremlinSpike You are an idiot. Go write feminist fiction, if that's what you want to see. This is a cautionary tale, meant as a warning about assuming the world is always a safe place. You are clearly a reactionary feminazi, with nothing better to do but bitch. Every story where a female character dies is not a personal affront to you, or an assault against the female gender. I write fiction, and sometimes characters die that people like. It happens. Get the hell over it, and quit whinin'.

  • @GremlinSpike You know, this is why we have so much hate in the world. Everyone takes everything so seriously. Bad things happen all over the world all the time, why not just see this video for what it is? A story about some dark and rather scary fairies, and leave it at that.

  • I found this to be one of the most distasteful, sexist and especially misogynist films I have ever seen--the whole story seems like a sexist warning to little girls that if they give into the unnatural temptation of breaking with the cultural and gender norm and rather than side with their mothers take control of the narrative and attempt to break free--they will end up dead--it's like the old anti-queer narratives of post-code Hollywood! It's pretty though--but the story is quite ugly.

  • @GremlinSpike wow, you are reading way too much into this, just enjoy the story. Your life must be quite boring

  • @GremlinSpike Um....I'm pretty sure that sexism has nothing to do with this at all. It's simply a way of communicating the dark side of Faeriedom- something that most people in this time period don't understand or think about at all. It could have been told using a little boy as well; a child is a child, but then we wouldn't have had that cute scene where the faeries spun her dress. Of course the story is ugly- it's about faeries attacking and probably killing someone!

  • @GremlinSpike I disagree. As a feminist, I think all too often the mother's advice is deemed as trivial, useless, and something that children are justified in tossing aside. This film is both a parody of that as well as a message that maybe Mother's advice isn't so trivial after all...Also, leader of the fairies? That reeeally isn't how they do business...

  • Ya don't.

    Fuck.

    With Faeries.

    -_-

  • @Devourthebook15 Agreed.

  • poor little girl

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! 0.0

  • This is a scary film I ever seen

  • was there ever an animated version of this?

  • coooooooooooooooooool

  • Reminds me of the beginning of the Jurassic Park the Lost World, crossed with some fairie movie. Cool Direction , Awesome location, excellent fairie design, decent acting.

  • This is really good :) Kinda reminds me of the 'Small worlds' episode of Torchwood (my favourite episode btw). Fantastic premise, great acting and I loved the way the fairies looked like leaves shaking in the wind, in that way a child's imagination can make all sorts from the simplest of things.

  • @Bumbly21 Thank you for mentioning that!! I'm going to check the series out!! ^o^ <3

  • Awesome! The quality was amazing! I LOVED the faeries!

  • great, just absolutely great... should teach humans not to trap butterflies in bottles and drive their cars in woods.. anger the fae and ye are so gone.. lmao brilliant clip.. wonderful filming, the colours, the fadings, the fae .. top boss greatly done.

    five out of five stars..

  • excellent! this was on theawesomer

  • An excellet basis for a full feature film.

  • @gjms Or an episode of Supernatural. Call the Winchester Brothers!

  • @Kl4pp5tuhl LOL that does look like a beginning to a supernatural episode! hahah

  • I guess you could say she's... *puts on sunglasses* ...off with the faeries.

  • @MrOdomonkey YEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!
