I myself hate war but if we were to bring back our troops then we would be on the same position as Iraq, we would be on the defensive side and our country would be attack from the inside. I love our country and our troops but how can we bring back them without risking our country at the same time.

They're both wrong. Obama sounds like a British imperialist blaming the Iraqi parliament for going into recess, when he knows it's over the fucking law they're being ordered to sign at gun point to privatize their own oil!
