Extra Space Storage...Start out with what they say is a lower rate, yet it is not lower than any local competitor... then 4 months later they raise it automatically by 20%..
8 months after that they raise it another 20%... do your research, go on google and googel 'exta space storage complaints' the complaints are all the same..thumbprints on people who have no record and jacking the rates.. they suck... do not rent from them...chose a local non-corporate privately owned business.
Don't rent from this company, they violate your rights with a thumbprint. Then continuosly jack up your monthly rate three times per year. They have a license to STEAL..
