Ok, so I'll explain it to you. 1918, there was a Spanish flu, that was harmless at first, it mutated and killed 50-100 million people. There taking extra care in case it does mutate and become more deadly. Also the thing is, a vaccine wouldn't be affective because if it mutates you'll need a new one. That's probably the main reason why they can't make a vaccine for the common cold, because it keeps mutating.

At my children's school I just needed to fill out a form That they provided me.If you ask your child's school, They HAVE to give you the information on how to opt out of vaccines.
