  • wish I could find this on youtube to watch the whole thing!

  • ...uh, I'm sorry, but did anyone else notice that really creepy picture pop up after the frames started skipping? What is that?

  • @Omegadge3 Right at 0:32?..... :-{ no idea

  • @Omegadge3 Yeah -- I did - what the hell was that??

  • Great movie...I'm 62 years old now but still enjoy watching it. However I think Glen Strange playing the monster stinks. He just doesn't scare me the way Bois Karoff does.

  • The reason that they used Vincent Price's voice in the final scene was that he was the last Invisible Man in films. He made "The Invisible Man Returns" in 1941.

  • Personally,I don't care what Mr.Chaney says..this film doesn't make the monsters look or act like clowns. They play their characters streight and serious..A&C are the really funny ones in this movie.

  • Ha! Droll stuff! THANKS for posting it! :)

  • The only time other than the 1931 film that Bela Lugosi played Dracula. He had many other vampire or vampire-like roles, but not the Count.

  • I liked this movie, but Lon Chaney Jr. did not.

He took the horror characters seriously (probably took pride in his work in the horror genre), and thought this movie just reduced them to clowns.

  • Lou Costello in great new bio Ted Kennedy:The Early Years at amazon!

  • Probably the funniest ending of any movie.

Bud: Now, that we're finally rid of Dracula, Frankenstein and The Woflman, there's nobody to frighten us anymore!

Vincent Price's voice: Oh, that's too bad. I thought I was going to miss out on the fun.

    Bud: Who said that?

Vincent Price's voice: Allow me to introduce myself: I'm The Invisible Man!

  • @poughkeepsiejohn1 That was Vincent Price talking? I always figured that, but I had never been sure.

  • This movie had one of the best double entendres ever--- Lon Chaney: You don't understand. When the moon comes up tonight, I'll turn into a wolf Lou Costello: yeah, you and about 8 million other guys

  • There is a great line in this movie

Lon Chaney: you don't understand, tonight when the moon is full I'll turn into a wolf

Costello: Yeah, you and 8 million other guys!

Still kills me everything I see it...

  • @r0dster01 One of funniest lines of all time. I still breaks me up just thinking about it.

  • woo! the original wolfman was there!!!! I love lon chaney jr. as the wolfman hes so good!

  • this horror film historian just loves ABBOTT&COSTELLO MEET FRANKENSTEIN. i knew bud Abbott as wellas 1000 other actors from golden age of horror or films itself. this film will endure for all ternity, its funny scarey, superb music and Lugosi is fantastic. the greatest horror comedy film EVEr A&C at their best this is an amerucan classic, trust me i know i lived thru these ears. i love this comedy team and the horror giants. today todays films cant take a page from these guys. TOMKES

  • Funny thing is Lou flubbed up his next line...lol. I have the audio CD of the film.

  • wasnt imagining things uh huh

    uh huh

    uh huh

    uh huh

    XD i loved this movie

    cant beat the classics...

  • best movie

  • Hahaha, I want to see more outtakes from this or other A&C movies! So cool! Thanks for posting this. (:

  • I love watching it over and over again.

  • I wish that comedies this good could still be made. The best T.V. was back in the day. The greatest. Especially these guys

  • Larry Talbot: "You don't understand. Every night when the moon is full, I turn into a wolf. "

Wilbur: "You and twenty million other guys."

  • i especially love the way the talbot goes nuts on him and shoves into a locker and talbot says "ill tear you limb from limb!" and wilbuir like ""is he serious?" chick says "hell moyda ya!"

  • One of the best lines ever in that movie! Bud and Lou proved time and time again that true comedians and comedic actors didn't have to be dirty to be funny...just clever.

  • @sub40 Supposedly that line was an adlib by Costello. It came right after this scene. Obviously Abbott did not pick up his cue when Costello said "So I'm imagining things, huh." I have also seen a clip where Bobby Barber comes in the door with something written on his head to break up Costello.

  • I love this movie the best part is when he is at the wax museum " Chick, Ohhhhh Chick" brings back lots of memories as a child.

  • A great comedy classic, starring the best of Universal Studios Horror and Comedy actors!

  • This has been my favourite movie for years, because it's the only one with all 3 Universal monsters - 4 if you include the Invisible Man at the end, voiced by Vincent Price!

  • love so much

  • There's another outtake..Where Mr.Chaney Jr.'s

    "Larry Talbot"/"The Wolf Man"says a swear word..

which I'm sure wouldn't endear him to the church.

  • HaHa this is so funny bec after i watched it i started too pretend too be dracula and frankenstein.

  • Here's what I don't understand. Why does Dracula want to put Wilbur's brain into the body of Frankenstein? Aren't there better choices? I am quite sure that the new, gigantic Wilbur would annoy Dracula to no end. For example: "Heyyyyyyyyy Abbbbbot!" And what tasks did Dracula have on tap for Frankenstein/Wilbur? I don't think Wilbur's brain would allow Frankenstein to kill or hurt anybody.

  • He wanted someone's brain that could be controlled easily, so he wouldn't get a monster that was defiant.

  • omg this is my all time fav movie.

  • this is one of the greatest movies comedy and serious rolled into a great movie

  • haha
