  • Forget defeating the enemy! This tune makes you wanna dance & boogie with the Count!

  • Actually if you listen closely, you can hear that future remakes and renews of Bloody tears has been taken from this very version. Funny eh?

  • I can't say "better than Castlevania I", but where it differs makes it shine in a different fashion. A perfect example of a single company refining an existing masterpiece in such a fashion that it is renewed in a fresh life. Great track, killer game. Thanks for posting this gem.

  • this version is better than the original in my opinion

  • Love this one! The original one though is better imo

  • never played it, but...holy shit.. what an awesome track

  • Nothing can beat Trevor Belmont, except for a flight of stairs.

  • @MissingnoTheGreat ...and water

  • @mikemon300

I thought it was Simon who had the issue with water.

  • I do believe this song was called "Deja Vu" in Castlevania 3.

  • im sorry, but this is actually an arranged ver. of vampire killer called deja vu

  • Well it was Konami trademark sound during the 8-bits era....

  • This version sounds more like "Contra Does Castlevania" and yes...I'm aware Konami is responsible for both of them.

  • @OhhhMyAxels Actually, Contra already did Castlevania... sort of.

Simon 1994RD, a track from Contra:Hard Corps. Search it up, you should be... amazed, to say the least.

  • I like both versions, however this version has a slight because it sounds so much "richer" or how to put it.

  • @s0llet

they had a lot of time to get the music right

  • The first was the FIRST remember that, they had nothing to go out from!

  • Music Title is True, but, I thought on CV3 this track is Named as 'Deja Vu'

  • that's because its probably wanting you to remember the first game

    just a guess

  • @dracmeister

Correct. I call it Deja Vu as well, since that's what the game does, but we all know what it's a remix of.

  • This track is the reason I still even think about Castlevania.

  • I know right?

  • This one is good, but the original is far better

  • I think this is better than the original. But it sounds even better on the Japanese Famicom Disc System. Look it up, it fucking rocks.

  • I don't really agree with that. The Japanese version is nice and all, but there's a certain charm in this version that makes it better than the Famicom version IMO.

  • Both versions are great.

  • Original is easily better.

  • I like both versions.

  • Incredible...so better than the original Vampire KIller in the first Castlevania, and it's the best sound chip. Talk about improvement!

  • Sorry, I meant "same" sound chip ;)

  • the best version of VK is Circle of the Moon's but this is good too. good upload

  • Isn't this called "deja vu" as well?

  • Yes, but more famously "Vampire Killer."

  • The original was better.

  • Yeah. They could have easily used it again.

  • this version roxx
