It does look like a form letter, but I don't think dpr got the same one himself. The message dpr read on his video, he identified as the one I received.

My guess is that it was a form letter, but dpr was big enough that Shawn wrote him individually.(?)

I'd add, among the other comments, that it's clear that NP73 got a form response. The clues are the use of "video(s)" and the claim that comment logs had threats to burn down his house. DPRJones was told the same thing.

I agree it's likely to be a largely form response, and I even opened my message with that originally, but I decided to leave that out before I posted - it just seemed counterproductive to communication.

Also, the excerpt from DPR's video was actually the email sent to me. I've been in contact with DPR since I first received the DMCA. In his vid, DPR identifies this as the message sent to me after I served counter notice. I don't think DPR got the same message himself.
