I think Sony is doing a great job as of now. The price drop of the Xbox 360 Elite won't have much effect on the sales of the PS3, since a lot of people have been waiting for the price to drop. Sony took so long to drop the price because they couldn't afford to do so. The slimmer PS3 was able to make that possible. It's over all selling more than Wii and Xbox 360 and will sell very well over the holidays.

Adam5204,I agree with what your saying the psp go is a little to expensive,but price drop on the ps3 is a much better deal then the regular 300+ or whatever.Now people can afford a much cheaper one without having the worry of being broke.Please fellow ps3 owners don't go trolling around for xbox 360 user and telling them "XBOX 360 SUCKS" its not right to do that, everyone is entitled of owning whatever console suits them better.

I don't own either system but will likely buy a ps3 now that they cut the price. Aside from that, there is no need to say "take that!" to the 360 fans. Both are amazing consoles, and now both are at a competitive price. Maybe Microsoft will do a $50 cut...what do you think?
