Oh so true! i could not agree more. In the laboratory of combat it is attributes and skills that count, and like you, also I would probably learn a lot by crossing hands with this gentleman - I always learned a lot by getting my ass kicked LOL :-))
You are right, lineage and such is important if you claim a lineage. If you just claim, I have this, and can do this, the only your skill matters.
Certainly this gentleman has skills - and btw sloppymantis, so do you.
so true! as u can see,in all WT schools the Sifu/sihing engage with each of his student (Lat-sau) after practicing some new and old moves with his partner to polish anything wrong,and correct wrong angles wether for defense or offense, unlike other arts all what the coach do is screaming and asking them to do100 push-ups followed with 50 set-ups
our garpplings are used by military forces like germany SEK and C.I.A forces!! they are effective more than you think,maybe they are not abviuos in this clip.
