i found an egg in my back yard we tried everything its not hatching and not dead either

To provide humidity to those eggs it need water . I have an incubator too so I know about that process .3 points for hatching egg are temperature,humidity ,turning eggs,plus ventilation and silence ,after 18th day you put the egg into incubator you have to stop turning the egg,generally it takes 21days.
