I know computertech tv tried to unlock his and he had no luck unlocking his either. Mine is stable at 4 cores ,only thing i cant run is cinenabench, when unlocked it refuses to run and just crashes. runs great in games and benchmarks, just not cinebench.

@goku5868 Ah dang sorry to hear that I got a lucky one and just had to change the core unlock feature on a gigabyte motherboard from disabled to enabled and it worked Happy holidays tho!

@SylentCommando sylent you need to back down, on this CPU, it not able to fully function if it's not able to run cinena benchmark, that means one of the core fail to process the application while loading and the CPU flashes back to default cores at that moment of time, meaning it's not stable. specially on air, Check Tomshardware for more information about this CPU
