Pac Man wanted to do the standard testing that has been going on for years now, and Mayweather wanted olympic style drug testing, up to and including the day of the fight. Manny did not want to be stuck with needles in the days leading up to the fight. You know they take samples right after the fight too, in case someone spikes the water bottle. And if he came up dirty the ruling would be overturned, noob. Do some research
