  • I went further south or west on the Veazey spur towards Enumclaw and there are COFC multi purpose spines at the riprap pit south of Cumberland as well.

  • nice video, looks great for not using a tripod, I just can't seem to keep from shaking.

  • I know what you mean. I had to balance my hand on the windowsill of the van. After about the 500th centerbeam ambled by, I was shaking pretty good!

  • That would seem about the right length. That train was looonnnggg. I need to get a monopod or something, because after awhile my arm starts to shake (guess i'm aging).

  • I went along the Veazey spur a couple of days ago and there is a string which looks to be at least 1.5 to 2 miles long, i'd bet it's the same string shown in the video

  • There is a short string stored on the Kanaskat house track right now, i'd assume there are more on the Veazey spur as well.

  • I think I saw a pic a few days ago from Kanasket and I remember seeing a cut there. I wonder if these were taken up there and set out in the siding and the spur?

  • The cars on the Kanaskat house track are BN & BNSF opera style center beams,

    cascade green and oxide red.

  • Empty centerbeams can be found stored all over now that the economy's in the shape it is.

  • Awesome video!
