  • OH MY GOD, i have just found this film and downloaded it, cant wait to see it again, i was a kid myself when i first watched it and still have memories of breaking my heart watching it, its 1 of the best classic fammily movies of the 80s that i know, if ya got a soft spot, this film will definutly make you cry, especialy at the end, im 39 now, and i bet i will still cry, tj played by RICK SCHROFER, played it amazingly, to see a little boy break his heart like that, is enough to make ya cry.

  • a sad movie

  • Great performance by Voight.

  • The only movie i will cry over, saddest movie ever! This kid is a great actor.

Funny thing is im not really into old films (before 90s) and i hardly ever watch them, but i came across this movie while i was helping my neighbour clean out his garage, it was hidden away in a box filled with old school movies which belonged to his wife, anyway he picked out this film out and recommended i watch it. took me 2 years to finally sit down and watch it hahahaha

This film is One in a Million

    PURE GOLD

  • Back then my middle school would rewarded students with perfect attendance to see this movie. After seeing this movie, every students cried on our way out, and the boys would wiped theirs tears so the girls won't see them cried. A year later, we saw ROMEO & JULIET that was another torture movie. It was embarrassed when girls asked me, "Did you cry?" then My replied, "Uh Huh".

  • A movie me and my dad cried over and bonded over... The only gold I can consider as my personal gold...
