Dude, it's the Happy Birthday song, it's a a free to use tune, lol. Really, if he used your video, then he's just promoting your own work and he isn't able to do it anyway. If he actually played the song himself, so what, the 'Happy Birthday' tune is a free tune and putting a few extra notes in it doesn't necessarily make it a brand new song. That's like me posting a video of me singing 'Mary Had a Little Lamb' in my own way and then bitching because someone else sung it the same way I did.

I'd like to first point out that 'Happy Birthday' is not a free to use tune. It's still copyrighted until 2030, and would be illegal to use for any commercial purpose. Look it up. Secondly, if someone stole your work and was pretending it were there own, you'd be fucking mad too. It doesn't matter the song. He put the work into it, his own style into it, and others shouldn't take the credit for that.

Go to SamoSoviets video (of calaw) and call him out as being dishonest, an imposter or just reference calaws channel.

SamoSoviet will likely after a short while delete the comment and block the commenter (as he did with mine and another one I saw), but there will still be a number of viewers seeing the comment and maybe they will call him out as well.
