No there is only a Sticky Mount (not permanent but obviously if you take it off the mount is not reusable) that you stick on your board. If you want there IS a permanent mount you can put in your surf board (with the help of your local surf repair shop).

Have used the sticky mount. Thing will never fall off. I bought the camera because its mounts will capture any angle.
