@MrFalangist i don't think so, phoenicians had control not of only tunis but some parts of Algeria and morocco, they were there before any colonizers, so chances that they mixed with native population before any Punic wars, also there are some sources stating punics were a mix of Numidian & Phoenician. But all around the world, phoenician heritage hasn't diluted , it can found most in Lebanon ofcourse. like you said tunisia is heavily berber plus other European like roman and maybe ottoman.
