    Stretching before a frontflip serves nothing. Besides, WHY THE WRISTS?

    Confusing the quads with the hamstrings was a GROSS mistake.

    The one executing it couldn't even do it well.

    Furthermore, ALL she explained about the execution was "Jump both feet, tuck, land." And THANKFULLY, I would say. This way there is less risk that some people will take this video seriously.

  • I think it would be helpful in your videos that you include a disclaimer that kids shouldn't try these things on their own without proper training or equipment... stretching isn't enough to work physical miracles..

  • hah i learned this on my trampoline from my friend. she taught me in just 7 times and i landed it. i can also do a front handspring but that took me almost about 2 days or a week. wow. the front handspring is alot harder than this and i dont see how i got this frontflip faster the the front handspring : /

  • @crysisboy95 running fronflip is actually the same as a "normal" fron flip you will always run a bit when you do a fronflip execpt for garden trampolin, if you by "normal" mean standing fronflip then yeah!! running is much easier than a standing, a standing on ground level is almost imposibible to pull of.. :)
