I think it was MUCH harder to sneak successfully as Naked Snake in MGO1 because EVERYONE was against you. At least in MGO2 there are two teams competing for kills so they can't focus on Old Snake alone.

I think it would be sweet to have Young Snake (Big Boss) in MGO 2 and bring back some of these stages / modes along too. I don't play very much of MGO 2 anymore though. (x_X)

I love this MGO so much more than the current MGO..

It just had more of a classic MGS feeling to it, and the system worked perfectly.

But this Sneaking concept looks much more fun and exciting than the one in MGO2.

I think that they should re-introduce this type of Sneaking match in MGO2. Hell, even add Young Snake into the gametype. One can dream...

I have played MGS3 about 4 times from the beginning to the end and stuck on the the last boss level for for about 4 times, almost 8 times passed the game.

And MGS2, passed it about 10 times from begng to t end. :)

FPV is pretty lame, least they could've done would be to allow constant use of FPV as well as being able to use TPV as normal, y'know, different preferences. FPV in MGO1 was alright I gues, not being able to move in FP like the other MGS games, but the one in MGO2 is pretty crappy. You only can use it when you aim your gun. And the gun doesnt always hit what you're aiming at, even though it's dead on.

MGO1 is way better than the new one. I don't like the new OTS mode. i like were you would use FPS mode or AA. MPO+ for psp is just like MGO1

It`s a shame that konami turned the MGO1 server off. Why???...PS2 has still a mutch of users!!!...Konami put the servers back on..I wan`t to play MGO1!!

Yeah! man Kojima just wants ur money! LOL!. i spent $40.00 bucks on the special edition subsistacne and played it for two years until the servers closed for (MGS4 was supposed to release in 07) MGS4. so i got MPO+ for $30.00. so Kojima just takes your $40.00 then close da game den expects u to buy a $60.00 game to play it again. i would be surprised if MGO2 servers closed

Hate to burst your bubble, but it's gonna close before those 10 years. A lot of the people who play MGO2 now are just random people who are waiting for SOCOM. And really, the new SOCOM looks like it's gonna suck compared to the others. So with the loss of so many people, the number of players will go to the number of players from MGO, a total of around 900 people. So that being said, it isn't gonna last as long as Kojima thinks. Especially with Konami's screw ups.

I agree. Socom Confrontation looks like it need more work and Kojima and Konami need to get their stuff together. but the only good next shooters coming exclusively to ps3 thats kick ass is Resistance2 and Killzone2

Yep. MGO just has way too many glitches with the system though. We all remember the reward point glitch. Now the red beret is like your occasional ballistic helmet. :(
