@menonfire12 Yeah, mentally it relaxes you while keeping you alert. It keeps you upright and in good running form, too. This, along with the support/energy from other runners and passersby, help fight fatigue. It energizes you and helps you stay focused, definitely.
@menonfire12 Great! It's an incredible mind-body exercise when you get it down. Check some tutorials on it and get the 3 ball cascade down pat before working on it. Good luck!

@menonfire12 It's a lot more fun! It might burn a little bit more calories than running, but not much if you're efficient at joggling and have good technique. You can do lots of tricks and get very creative. Kids seem to want something nontraditional and exciting with exercise, so joggling seems to fit that niche.
Yes, that is M. Kapral, and he is the fastest marathon joggler! He is a great joggler, I hope to watch him or joggle (behind) him some day in a marathon :)
yes, some people use clubs and rings when joggling. beanbags are just more popular i think. i would like to try clubs someday, except i need to get better at them before i try joggling with them.
Joggling is "officially" juggling while running. Juggling while dancing is called jiggling. Dribbling basketballs while running is called "drubbling." That's even harder! I sometimes walk and juggle when cooling down after joggling. Except, the timing and steps are thrown off. I find it easier to walk and juggle 5 than to walk and juggle 3.
that is awesome. I didnt' think about it before, but juggling the 3 ball cascade works in sync with the motion of your arms when jogging. its perfect.
Congratulations on joggling a marathon. How tough is the last 6 miles when you have to maintain your concentration on the juggling. I ran 3 marathons whilst juggling about 10 years ago. My best was a 3:32. Any plans to do it again?
Thanks. I felt strong the last 6 miles, I was running a neg split, about 8:10min miles the last 13 miles. Finished with 3:47. Yeah, I definitely will joggle more marathons!
Definitely a cool sport. I read on wikipedia that native Americans actually used to joggle before Europeans even discovered the Americas. I'm not sure how accurate the article I read was, but I like looking into the history of my hobbies.
Thanks, man. I did one high ball trick for a crowd, and then did a few half showers just for fun, by myself, to keep me relaxed. Maybe one race, I would like to just focus on doing fun tricks the whole way, and not focus on the finish time.
congratulations man, your video was in an article on yahoo news! sports dot yahoo dot c o m /top/news?slug=ycn-8987701

I would like to know:
Is it easier to avoid fatigue joggling than running normally ? Does the mind game helps with it ?

I agree, it's great for health and vitality. Young people really like it too.

@sabaprom What advantages it has over just running ?

yeah, the two motions go together like peanut butter and jelly. 3b joggling is the most energy efficient, because of this fit.

Never heard of that, I'll have to do some research on it or consult with some other fellow jogglers. That's interesting.

Great to hear that you could finish the marathon! Did you also do tricks while running?
