Adult bullying should receive more attention. I try to be polite and considerate. Someone at my old job perceived that as a sign of weakness and tried to push me around. I had to stand up to that old bag.
I disagree with a lot of this. Adult bullies are often in the "IN" crowd. They pick on someone who they see as "weaker" than them, not stronger. Someone who has no back up.
