You've got to beat K.Rool again to see it. If it's already done, you should not have really finished with 101%, to get this cutscene, you must collect all 201 golden bananas and every banana medals et fairies.

Note : It doesn't appear when you watch the ending by the banana fairy menu on the title screen.

Random fact, this is also the reason Captain Olimar's ship in Pikmin 1 was named the Dolphin.
