I'm with you on getting a billion$ to our GA but the slimey republican arguments that the gas company will raise prices if we increase tax is stupid. When we GIVE a tax cut to oil companies its like welfare (FREE MONEY)they didn't have to COMPETE for that money when give them a fair tax rate (like the 90s rate) the public gets a better deal because of the competion(FREE MARKET). Capitalize AMERICAN when you write it! As for Obama, this video shows you that neither Biden nor Obama understand how the economy works. They say they want to lower taxes on 95% of Americans THAT DRAW A PAYCHECK. That is the key phrase. He wants to raise taxes on small business owners that DO NOT DRAW A PAYCHECK. Good plan, raise taxes on people that give you jobs. He can't be this dumb. That means he must want to destroy the economy.
