  • attempting to program your feelings by saying 'you feel x, y, z' is the opposite of healing..

    true healing is inclusive and is not denial, so that means to feel completely all the feelings rather than the mind 'telling' the feelings how they feel.

  • @neekos72 Yeah I wish I could face my problems but I find myself just getting angrier and more stressed each time I bring them up and I can never find out what the problem is. Its quite annoying.

    listen to the words you use when you explore these subjects, changing the mental beliefs can open space for new understandings. often our denial is partially the cause, in the sense that we believe one issue is the cause for us, but actually we are angry about something else we forgot about.

  • Perhaps listening to this repeatedly will be more "effective" for me. But this first time my feelings of fear and other negativity did not let go. In fact they seemed a bit more intensified. That may be due to becoming more conscious of my fear feelings. I also sensed that some part of me was reluctant to let go of fear - a sense that I "needed" it. Now I feel afraid of fear. Sigh.

  • @BooeyHogue Sometimes fear holds you back from doing foolish things, and it intensifies because it is surfacing you need to pay attention to what comes to your mind this is whats bothering you. you will get better at it with time. I spend a lot of time worrying about the people of the earth and what will happen to them. I don't want to see the Earth go the wrong direction and I have the answers that society needs to hear. A spiritual revolution is what is needed. be kind to others.

  • As soon as I heard the words "Release your fears..Now!" I began to cry. Releasing those fears was very hard for me. I feel much better about them now and realize they weren't worth being scared of or worried about. I will be saving this for later listening.

  • @Ashleysweety I love how she does that one with a sense of urgency. Kind of all the sudden... "Release your fears!! Now!!" It was unexpected! but I responded physically and then was bounced higher. Amazing. I am so grateful.

  • This helps but I find it is only temporary and I then get angry again, I keep trying to let my problems go, but they always come back to me a couple of hours later. Oh and there is no love in my life so I don't feel love anymore everyone is too stressed out to care about each other anymore in my family. Everytime I go see a psychaiatrist thery say well we want to put you in the hospital for evaluation I am angry like many other people, and it doesn't mean I want to hurt anyone.

  • I've felt so down these last months because of various things happened, now I'm trying to smile again and face the life and get the life that I really want,

  • it's true you repeat too much and talk and its a bit at a fast pace, you should slow it way down and relax your voice more. To be honest you voice feels rushed and brings tense muscles.

  • Fear also keeps you safe. The human who wasn't afraid of heights isn't a part of your lineage because he fell of the cliff.

  • Actually, that person lacked common sense...not fear.

  • That goes into a whole tangent on higher and lower brain function but suffice it to say sense (ie cognition) tells you it's possibly dangerous, fear keeps you away.

    Emotional processes like fear are hard-coded into your lower, reptilian brain functions for a reason... your survival and replication.

  • this is absolute drivel of the worst kind. we are animals driven by basic, mostly unconscious, needs. fear, stress and tension are hardwired into our bodies. they are necessary for survival. you cannot cure the human condition.

  • colon or rather coljon, you clearly are missing the basic evolutionary distinction from basic animal to human. Human evolution has had it's use for fear as a survival tool along with many other emotions. However, as part of the evolutionary path as an intelligent "animal". We have the capacity to reprogram the hard wiring toward more useful and beneficial tools.  Don't get stuck being a dumb animal. Evolve into higher awareness not simply primal instinct.

  • i love the video but i am a very fear based person and your words of filling up lungs with love and so forth were so calming but you kept bringing up things i needed to forget and all it made me do was think of them. just a thought because you have such a relaxing voice.

  • I have tried a few of these now, and unfortuneatly they don't really seem to work. My brain does not allow me to simply leave this plane of exsistance at will. It did seem to be more effective will pulse sounds on the Theta/Delta wave brain frequency in the background. Hopefully a longer induction guide combined with sound brain wave sync and strobe light brain wave sync will help the experience.

  • everytime you say go to a beach in the mediation programs, I always ending up beside a forest lake in my mind, it just feels so much more naturally for me, is that normal?

  • There are so many fears people would not consider fears. Disliking something, like pain, or somebody, is more of a fear of those, rather than a dislike. With the right state of mind, can deal with anything and anybody, and making them no longer dislikeable to your eyes. There is beauty in everything. I have a passion for the greater forces in life, and beleive they propel the way we act, think and what we fear at times.
