My only criticism would be that the first two kicks from Sonnal Dwit Koobi should be a kick to the knee and then to the waist. Its not a kick to the waist then the head, it would take to long to retract your leg and leave you off balance.
His low kick are flicks in fact have no meaning, That is why if you watch you then have the start kicks been show one Low then one Middle. Its a training aid so you still need a club. So they can make more money.
