at first you wont accept the pain.
2nd, you start to blame your self, saying its not your fault.
3rd, a minor pain and you think you can fix it.
4rth, a major pain and start to suffer.
5th, pain continues but you cant handle it.
6th, at the end, pain slowly changes to anger.
