  • The Piano player and the conductor showed lots of enthusiasm

  • Certified Intergalactic! I vote to name a star after Murray Perahia, to be called the Perahia Star.

  • Watch for the sync between Solti (i.e., the orchestra) and Perahia. It should be,as it is, perfect or unrealistically beautiful.

  • Oh my God, I would have to fight my arms to wait for the end to applaud. The first movement was absolutely outstanding.

  • It's cazenda #2

  • @seanchoi3000 No it's cadenza #3.

  • 我 也感覺這是 貝多芬 自己寫的cadenza...真多謝!

  • Is this Perahia's cadenza? Petra51234? Are you there?

  • @otonanoC I think this should be the Beethovens´ own cadenza...

  • @Petra51234 Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli played the same cadenza.

  • @otonanoC It's Beethoven's own Cadenza, #3.

  • არც კი მჯერა, რომ ამ კონცერტს ვუკრავდი მე-7 კლასში ჩემს პედაგოგთან ერთად ორ როიალზე!!!

  • @qrolia You're just having a laugh now!

  • This is a highly persuasive, absolutely note-perfect performance by Perahia. Kudos.

  • OMG! I have certainly been a fan of Murray Perahia for a long time, but this is simply breathtaking. The cadenza was phenominal. Now on the second and third movements!

  • BOOOM

  • This is wonderful. From whom is the cadenza?

  • @zummingsky This is Beethoven's own cadenza.

  • amazing

  • At 6:50 I momentarily thought the cellos and basses had joined in...just wow.

  • @physphilmusic yes, those are called harmonics

  • that was powerful ..

  • cупер!!!

  • Solti/Perahia/LSO = dream team!

  • i'd prefer a stronger forte/fortissímo. The way Pollini does it.

  • hermosa cadenza.

  • Bellísimo!

  • Good Candenza ^^

  • the cadenza is evil ^^

  • excellent classic interpretation, following the path of Wilhem Kempff

  • @defeuve I would not compare Perahia to Kempff. Beethoven was in Kempff's nerves...
