This is amazing! You did some excellent work here; the way you combined the scenes is simply perfect! The flashbacks, oh.my.god- the flashbacks... This made me cry almost as much as the catual film. It's just incredible...
It's always wonderful to watch a new video from you two. I always discover more love for fandoms I already love, and new music to enjoy as well.
And of course, the vid, which was incredible, as always. You captured the expressions, the emotions, so well. And of course handling the faster pace and then slowing down whenever the music went up or down. You showed the feel I always get when watching Star Wars and the amazing story it still is even over 3 decades later.

Watched it like a 100 times and still can't stop. Also it made me watch the movies again. I think even if I never were a Star Wars fan, after this video I would've certainly believed that the story is epic..
Some of the things I've grown to love about vidding are that simple touches and glances hold so much more power. It's those things about pairings that made me love them more and believe in the love they share. I say this because I really like how used those specific sort of scenes in this. It wasn't about the epic kisses. It was about the little things in this vid. Not with just Anakin and Padme. But with everything you did. Also, the fights were especially well used. :)

Seriously, you have a very sophisticated understanding of timing, and how to draw levels of emotion and especially characterization into the picture that the films fell woefully short of at times. I love how you used things like the pulse of a guitar or a quick drum rhythm to change the pace around and create some serious drama. I was seriously fangirling so hard when you switched into the original trilogy, since that's my ultimate love. It was so nice to see that. ohhh I really loved the soft effect you used in there together with the soft light video textures - is it just a blur effect r something else? I've never been a huge Star Wars fan, but somehow you always drag me to watch a SW vid from you haha :D <333

@SecretlyToDream Lol thanks! We actually just a scenery shot from the movie, as a light overlay and blurred it. Except for the end where we added the other lights. Aw, we are so glad you liked it. Especially since you aren't a huge fan ;P

YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW how often I was checking your Youtube... & then I leave for a few hours and of course it is posted then. Oh my god oh my god oh my god. AMAZING!!! The blur effect, colors (TEACH ME), lights... every clang of music had a different feeling. How heartbreaking... Poor Anakin :( Love how long this is! Can't. Stop. Watching. You made everything feel so different! "...no one cared to mention?" Wow. Perfect song. LOVE 1:45, & the end part! The reverse part.. GOD YOU'RE BOTH PERFECT.

This is a testament to how crazy nice you two are -- Not a Harry Potter fan, but I love pretty much every HP video you've made. Really can't stand SN, but love your SN videos. Star Wars is not my bag, but can't stop watching this and your other SW masterpieces.

As soon as I saw the title of "Star wars" with "Smokeyfizz" I freaked and clicked right onto the video. I love this! It is so good to see a Star wars video from you. When I first found you two on Youtube I found you by the Star wars video you made. Remember your AU series?

I am going to go weep now b/c this, this is sheer beauty and epicness and AKhsjkahsk. First off I am so happy to see a Star Wars video from you guys back in my sub box. I shrieked with glee. its like christmas morning. No one vids this fandom like you two. I'm flabbergasted. @xXButterflydreams Thanks so much. We tried to focus on how Anakin/Padme's relationship was torn through the war aspect, since we didn't want to solely focus on them. We did, we had to have Luke in there somewhere! Lol. It's just such a big part of Anakin's story. Thanks. xD
