(15-minute music shows like "Coke Time with Eddie Fisher" existed because newscasts, for some reason, were also 15-minutes long. At that point newspapers were the "major" source for news, something that would change as newscast production values improved).

i live near the Needham Massachusetts bottling plant. The coke I have been getting since october 2010 has tasted awful. There is a pronounced after taste. My guess is that they changed the sweetner. I even sent them a letter and no response. I have been drinking about 6 cans of coke a day for over 40 years so I have a good idea about what it should taste like. I have been drinking Pepsi instead. Pepsi taste like shit but far better than the Coke I am getting out of Needham Massachusetts

@wimbletone Haha, got to love these old vignette advertisements. The 'actors' all pretending to be gabbing to each other, but silent, so as to not disturb the on-camera announcer giving his spiel. They actually had to spent much of the time choreographing these 2:00 productions and do them LIVE in one take. They didn't have the luxury of off-line editors in those days, so it was do it all in one take for the cameras and don't mess it up or your fired!
