Hey girlie, that mirror I bought it at Bed Bath and Beyond. It's great because it swivels and it has a light dimmer. Unfortunately, is does not go up or down, the height is always the same. Also, I'm sorry to say that it is not a lipstick rack. I wish it was though. They are markers that I use for school and work. sorry :( Thank you for watching and commenting. Have a great day! :)
