Chris is the best reviewer ever. The whole Top Gear crew are entertaining, but that's where it stops. They cannot be informative and entertaining at the same time (not that I've seen). The Fifth Gear crew is meh.

Chris can entertain you and give you a detailed report on whatever he's reviewing. And the fact that he's so detailed and points out what REAL car enthusiasts look for in a car just makes it that much better.
