My tip: have a good weapon from the box and BUY AN STG. Then, if you're low on ammo (this is if you're fending off from the balcony room), you can buy off the wall.

These should be tips for newcomers to zombies.

SOLO TIP (S):

- Get a Thompson, upgrade it, you'd be surprised at how good it is for the later rounds.

- Try your hand at the weapon box; preferably get a Wunderwaffe/ Browning - upgrade.

- Get Bettys, Jugg and Speed.

- Camp down that tunnell next to the Teleporter and set bettys around yourself. Trust me you'll be unstoppable.

Wow these tips are obvious. I mean they're barely even tips, jsut common sense. And you only got to round 14? Ouch. I got to round 32 pretty much doing the opposite of everything you're doing here. poeple say most SMG's are crap in the pack-a-pucnh becuase its not powerfull enough and you run out of ammo to quikly but if your not silly enough to notice there actually a 1-3 shot kill in the head. its just everyone sprays off an entire clip of an upgraded MP40 (called "the afterburner") on like 3 zombies when it has 40 bullets in a clip and 10 shots would finsh them off :/

The best guns in this mode are the PPSH-41 and the Ray gun. why? The ray gun is almost a guranteed 1-hit kill, and does splash damage the only down-side is that its reload-time is medium and can damage you when you fire too close. The PPSH is like a SMG combined with a machine gun. it has a very high rate of fire and large ammo capacity its reload-time is also very fast. Its the ultimate weapon for getting points and its pretty strong aganist zombies and dogs as well.

STAY TOGETHER there is nothing more painful to a team than being far apart no matter what gun you have you will eventually be overrun, sticking together is the most powerful weapon of a team. If an ally is downed far away from the group at a high level and unless you have a monkey bomb, do not try to revive him you will only end up dying.

When reviving someone is recommended to kill all enemies in the area before reviving, or to have your team cover you while you revive the downed person.

The Wunderwaffe is not useful against dogs, because dogs usually appear in groups of 2-3 depending on how quickly you kill them. The wunderwaffe kills instantly but is a waste of ammo if it only jumps to a few dogs at a time. the wunderwaffe is more suited for killing large groups of zombies at once usually as a distraction for when an ally needs reviving.

Wunderwaffe is especially good against dogs. Let them bite you, turn around and blast it + that ammo is made up for with your Max Ammo at the end of the round.

That's a bit risky since the Wunderwaffe has a chance of hitting you if you shoot and hit an enemy when its up close to you. It's best to save the Wunderwaffe when you are outnumbered or need to revive someone. That ammo is valuable so don't waste it. Shotguns are best aganist zombies.

Despite popular belief the PTRS-41 is atcually useful if used wisely. the PTRS-41 has immense power and can shoot through zombies and hit other zombies behind it. it however has a slow reload time and small magazine size. It is best to stay in the back and support your team, when using this gun for you should never take the zombies head on with this gun, non and upgraded. it is also good in narrow areas for the penetration power makes quick work of the nazi undead.

Although most people ignore the m1-garand with grenade launcher it's actually quite useful for killing allot of zombies at once, especially when upgraded if fires three grenades at once.

If you sticking with the webley/magnum you should consider getting speed-cola ASAP for the reload time for the magnum is very slow + its small magazine size.

Out of all the guns on the map that you can buy from walls the FG-42 and the trench gun are the best, if you die in the late rounds and have allot of money quickly get the FG-42 and or the shotgun both are powerful enough to last until you get a chance to get better weapons.

When you die at a high level you get 1500 points don't charge at the zombies now, stay back and camp if you must don't charge at them you're still to weak to take them on like that.

Personally Double-tap is the worst of the perks, it has no effect on semi-automatic guns, and wastes allot of ammo if you spray and pray. its useful for big machine guns and it can be useful but just be careful with it.

Do not get any guns at the start wait for the zombies to come out if you run out of ammo and knife them to death there is a high chance you will get max ammo. the m1911 is useful for racking up points because its weak, but is useless for killing zombies. unless upgraded.

The first perk you should get is Jugger-nog it increases your health, and note that when you go down all your perks are gone. So this is your saving grace. it's found in a hallway after you clear debris on the right side of the map (shotgun side)

The best of the perks is speed-cola and it gives you sleight of hand, which is very useful for all guns. located near the FG-42.

Quick revive is found in a building next to the bowie knife and basically it revives your allies in 4 secs. cheapest perk

Eventually somewhere after round 15, dogs and zombies may spawn together it is best to camp when these things happen.

Try the cover-switch method, when there is a main way the zombies come have two players guard it, the first player kills the zombies until the person needs to reload then the 2nd person takes over until he needs to reload and the 1st person takes over, and the process repeats. very useful for people with machine guns like the MG42, M1919 or PPSH.

Carpenter- Repairs all windows on the map (symbol Hammer)

Double Points- double the amount of points you get from doing something ex: reparing windows usually gives you 10 but with double points you get 20. (symbol 2X)

Insta-Kill-every hit on a zombie or dog is a headshot, and is a 100pnts (Symbol skull)

Bomb/Nuke- Kills all zombies on the map CURRENTLY (symbol bomb)

Max Ammo- Gives all players the maximum extra-ammo of their guns (doesen't re-fill mags) (symbol: 50.cal Ammo box)

an alternative to creating a crawler is to make a zombie stuck behind a barricade. one player should hold a barricade while the other players fend off the zombie horde at the end of the round do what you need to do while the one player keeps the zombie behind the barricade. when you are ready you can now kill the zombie behind the barricade.

Both sides to reach the M-box are favorable. the right side (facing pack a punch) has a shotgun which can kill dogs in one shot and holds the jugger-nog. the left side has the thompson and speed-cola. The shotgun gives 60 points a zombie (if you kill it, if it does not kill its only 10) the thompson can give multiple points because of numerous shots but killing the zombie will result in 10 unless its a headshot.

Like the A.I director in L4D, the game gives random items mostly when they are most needed

EX: when the whole team is nearly out of ammo a zombie will mostly likely drop a max ammo. When there are too many zombies on the map a bomb might appear. Carpenter, Insta-kill and double points i don't know if they have a requirement.

Knife when there is insta-kill, so you don't waste ammo.

Full-auto guns are useful for racking up points rather than a one-hit kill gun.

tip: the m1911 (first pistol) is transformed into a grenade launcher when upgraded at the pack a punch.

the best place to camp is the area with the bowie knife on the catwalk at the end. There is also a mystery box spawn point there, if you're lucky you can get it there.

in the first round let the zombies come in so you can possibly get random items. also in the first rounds use this method to get the maximunum points from a zombie. 5 shots from the m1911 then knife you should get 190pnts.

A tip to getting all 3 teleporters linked without dying is to reach the end of the round and make the last zombie a crawler (a zombie that had its legs blown off and crawls slowly-medium speed done by shooting its legs with a shotgun or using a grenade) then all players should attempt to link the teleporters ASAP.

The bowie knife is a insta-kill knife, until round 11-12.

The shotguns ALWAYS kill dogs in one shot. so the trench gun/gutshot is most useful against them

I think you wasted all of the monkey bombs when reviving the guys, you only need one or two

When by yourself on a high round you won't be able to revive your teamates if they are far away don't try it, instead retreat and turn on electrodefenses and camp until the round is over. or until you get carpenter or bomb.

Link all 3 teleporters ASAP then all 4 guys should camp in the pack-a-punch machine until the round gets too high.

if you want points shoot the zombies when the monkey is used.
