This is the clean version of "Can't Hardly Wait" the explicit version is good too. As a little girl growing up in Texas, N'Dambi wanted to be a novelist. She loved reading and would spend hours in the library during the summers of her grade school years just getting lost in the all those books. This is so pivotal in making her the songwriter that she is today. She's so poetic in her lyrics and soulful in her melodies, I think a lot of people specially women relate to her music instantly.
