Calling it a "court oriented proess" fails to address the enormous loss of civil rights one must give up in a GC process. As a lawyer, I presume this is a portion of how you make a living. Professsional conservators are a costly alternative to involved family members. Remember, the goal is supposed to be least restrictive.
