They are anti-tax because it is illegal and unconstitutional. They are not anti-federal government.
They are against a huge federal government that tells them what they can and can't do, intruding into their lives. Which is not the role of the federal government.
Also, the federal government trampling on state's rights.
he makes an obvious point here. of course people under 30 vote democratic. first, the college kids don't pay income or cap gains taxes and if they do, they don't have mortgage payments, nor do they pay property taxes. wait until they own a 750 square foot apartment and have to pay 3,000 bucks a year in property taxes most of which will go to a failing public school surrounded by filthy and dangerous streets. what value! wait until an affirmative action baby gets the promotion and not them...
Maybe the "O" generation put Obama into office but this Boomer didn't vote because both canidates didn't fit the bill. McCain was off the hook, or out of his mind, don't know which. And Obama was still wet behind the ears and had no idea what a viper den Washington is. He knew he would have to depend on others who had time served but his judgement in picking those advisers is very questionable. Wisdom is a valuable thing.
You want to get a real good look at a baby boomer out to line his own pockets at your expense? Take a real close look at the charletan in this video.
You may have voted for change, but you most certainly didn't get it. In another place and time it was Reagan or Clinton. Today its Obama. Same thing. Until you can see through the partisanship, you'll continue on every bit as blind as those who came before you.
At 70 Yrs old i fully agree with PAP The repuklans are lost for sure an being taken over by there fringe right crazies. I used to vote either side as who would be best to do the correct outcome. Now i wouldn't touch a Repubklan with a 10 ft pole.

As soon as the "O Gen" wakes up to the fact that "O" is just another stooge for the mega corps and banks who have sold their future down the river ... well lets face it...their protests will not be as peaceful as those from the boomers.....you are correct, we are old and on our way out ...but we are not protesting for ourselves alone ...we know what is being done to our children and grandchildren and we fear for THEIR future....
thank goodness your viewing audience is small.......
I am not an Obamamaniac but the bottom line is the country and the world will be better off when most of the so called greatest generation and the baby boomers croak. Good riddance.
So, I guess all of us who fought against Viet Nam, fought for civil rights and pushed for the great society that Reagan and his Thugs tore apart did nothing worthwhile?
Even if you are among the slime that worship Reagan some of your elders helped that - that's why we're in this mess . .. that and young punks who signed up for the GOP Me generation.
You don't want the boomers help, activisim or checkbooks?
what did you folks do AFTER VIETNAM. what percentage of the counterculture folks remained counterculture folks fighting for a different society, and how many would become the reagan yuppie wanna-bees.
Who put Reagan in office? Not gen X, Y or anyone after that. It was fucking Baby Boomers and the 'Greatest Generation'. Ahem... Newt Gingrich, George W. Bush, Peggy Noonan all Baby Boomers. For sure there are a few left over Hippies that may still have some scruples but most of you either never had them or abandoned them a long time ago when they voted For Ronald Reagan. If you are one of the good ones congratulations you are in the minority the rest are counting money and re-reading Ayn Rand.
What if your grandkids, great-grandkids ad infinitum... do not do well - economically speaking. What if they r not the competitive & dominant alpha that u r? What if they r doormats? You might b dead & gone & unable to help them.
That is - except for the society that u create TODAY. Maybe a public option & a society concerned with establishing some economic equity would b a nice safety net for them?
See, I think about my progeny too, even though u & I might come to different conclusions ;-)
if i actually believed that is what they would get i would be all for it...i am not for the corruption, waste, and lining of the pockets of big pharma, etc, etc ...wake up.....do you really think they give a fat rats about you? and also....who will fund the program...........THINK.......
LOL Evidently I have to reiterate. I believe that because someone doesn't come to the same conclusions as you doesn't mean they aren't thinking.
BTW I don't trust private industry any more or less than I trust the government. I'm a skeptic by nature. I think the private sector sometimes wants to help & sometimes wants to fleece us. I believe there are those in Fed government that want to help & those that want to bend us over. Healthcare is a work in progress but should be a work nonetheless.
CO2 we are probably on the same side...don't let the pap attack...(or as i like to think of him, the pap smear) separate us..first it was teabaggers...then it was racists....now he is making it age the separation.....he is a tool......
who are the biggest idiots.....THE TEABAGGERS. who are the biggest racists........THE TEABAGGERS. who are the teabaggers.....USUALLY FOLKS OVER40 AND OLDER....teabagger tool.
watch the 12 part vid on how the banksters took down Argentina...that is what they are doing to us...the SAME banks....stop letting them separate us..........
Frankly, I would take a close look at the ranks of Teabaggers and Skinheads. I think you'll see a disturbing number of young people there too. Not saying most of the Teabaggers aren't older.
Eziekie.......lets look at the current ucla riots.....i would say most of them are under 30 ....but have no fear...more than likely you will one day be over 30 ...i hope you like what you see when you get there ...if all you are going to do is "blame old folks" then you deserve what you get ....if you care about your future start looking around ......start with the Copenhagen Treaty and Codex Alimemtarious.........Peace....
Teabaggers are a big congregation of everybody you've ever seen on the Jerry Springer show.

The voting age should be moved up to twenty-one.
"Change" as in socialism.
The Tea Parties do matter.
They have already affected elections.
This guy is lying to you.
Many young voters skip or forget to vote.
The are fickle.
Listen to the TEA Party. We are taxed enough!

use to be a saying, If your not liberal by 18 you don't have a heart, if your not conservative by 30 you don't have a brain.

Don't kid yourself, children. There are plenty of youngsters in the Teabaggers' ranks. There are even more in the skin head ranks.
I see many of you are adopting party purity laws similar to Palin's GOP.
I contend that's not terribly inclusive.
The issue is not age, race, creed, color, haircuts, music or lifestyle, it is greed and corruption. To fight that, you need all the help you can get.

We refer to them as "douchebags".
Only douchebags and old people teabag.

I've been saying this for years. The Babyboomers aren't relevant anymore, but I take it one step further.
No one over the age of 40 is fit to hold public office.

Where was he during the 60's and 70's? Maybe he didn't watch SNL in his yourth. Lots of us dead.
Lots of us are for health care reform. Lots us are funding the fight.
Can we say asinine?
Love, stupid, unreasoned generalities.
