I am sorry but you can not make pizza in microwave...

  • Sorry, why you don't want to use yeast? is it for health reasons? or religious reasons? or just for fun? or ...

  • @alimoeeny

There are end number of reasons. Its inexpensive, you save spending extra bucks on buying yeast, at some places yeast is not something easily available so its one of the best alternative for those, some people avoid to eat products in which yeast is used, so again its useful for them bleah bleah bleah :D

  • @maggiemartinez08

Yogurt is a must for this recipe. I am sorry I never tried with milk. May be you can make yogurt at home with some milk :)

  • i dont have any yeast, baking soda or lemon in my house right now so i roll some white bread thinly in the middle to avoid the edges burnt with the crusts taken off and made some mini pizza with crab meat, tomato puree, mozarella, salmon, crushed pineapple, n sweet corn kernel.its very tasty and the 'dough' still taste awesome!

  • awesome recipe Madhura...thank u sooo much!! I loved every bit of the video. can't wait to make it. I have a small question..did you use soojhi/rava while cooking the dough? I thought I saw some granules on the dough.

  • hi madhura, why should we add the lemon at last. can we add lemon before making it into soft dough.

  • @harika201

We add lemon at last because Lemon juice reacts with baking soda which helps to rise the dough. As this is yeast free pizza, adding lemon while needing dough is not a good idea.

  • that food looks really good! this will be purfect for the super bowl! and you're very pretty, by the way *^_^*

  • hi madhura,

can i make pizza in microwave ?

  • hi madhura,

can i make pizza in microwave ?

  • @anu3985

hey Anu I never tried pizza in microwave, I am scared it would become soggy. But You can bake it on skillet. What you need to do is bake one side on skillet on low to medium heat, spread cheese and veggies on baked side and then again roast it from other side on a very low heat, so that cheese will also get melt down...

  • Madhura, can i make the dough with whole wheat ata?? thanks for the wonderful recipe :)

  • @sworzkuel

yes you can make use of whole wheat flour, with wheat flour it will be also healthier pizza :)

Thank you so much for the comment.

  • Thanks for sharing how to make good crust. What is the advantage of not using yeast?

  • @George1Fred2

Yeast is something which is not easily available everywhere or some people avoid using yeast. So this recipe helps a lot to such people.

    Thanks for writing to us.

  • I liked the new camera angles Madhura. Pizza looks really tasty.

  • @freckledchick

Thanks for the feedback. We are working on improving video and audio qualities these days. So can expect more high quality videos in coming days.

  • Looks like there was some cornmeal, or maybe rava/farina on the pizza tray when you baked the crust -- cornmeal gives a crunchy crust.

  • @villagebelle

You are right. I have added a tsp of Sooji/Rava to get the crust. Thanks for noticing.
