Saw the 2 movies just a couple of years ago as I remembered seeing the VHS covers as a young kid, but never rented em back then though. I love movies I missed as a kid and see now in my later years, brings me back in time briefly.......
Delos now has sinister plans for its guests! I’m wondering if Duffy was human and found out too much and ended up being replaced by that mad scientist.
And then Star Wars came out the ff year... Wow... Nevertheless, I watched this when it first came out. The climax was worth it. And wow, that was Blythe Danner?!
Hmm...the most fantastic resort in human history and it is also failsafe...reminds me of this one island park that had live attractions, it failed too.
(I am aware that Michael didn't write this movie)
Given the success of "Westworld", a sequel was bound to happen. I'll give the producers credit in not trying to rehash the same plot, but the trailer gave away too much of the story. Thus anyone who sees the trailer is going to know what happens. Also it's not great how they lead you to believe that Yul's Gunslinger character will be a prominant character in this film (he's not).
@FiendsInRedSatin1 Yeah companies do that for cash. Michael Caine was in Inception for 6 minutes and he had star billing. Same with Steven Segal in Executive Order...it is standard practice and kind of like Hollywood's form of the bait-and-switch.

One of the world's best sequels. Sadly Yul Brynner isn't in it more!

Some of the scenes in this movie were good. Westworld was far better.
The behind the scenes video of Westworld had Michael Crichton. He looks like the Peter Fonda character in this movie. That is the ironic part.
