out of all the sonic cartoons, this is the best. in just 1:50, sega gives you sonics ultimate speed. this can be compared to DBZ, in fact. but now, we've got roger craig smith and sonic x with gay chris. i watched this at least 5 times over than i was supposed to. we cant even get anything close to this today, and this happend 18 freaking years ago.

Don't play this game- it is the worst Sonic game I've ever played- I've found myself restarting this game countless times trying to collect the emeralds quickly before the levels become too hard and tedious to be able to finish with 50 rings still intact. And when you time travel, WHY DO LOSE YOUR SHIELD? It makes you so prone to attacks. If you want good old-school Sonic, play Sonic 1. Play Sonic 2 and 3. Play S&K. Don't play this.

Despite what some people (*cough* japanese version fanboys *cough*) say, and despite that this song is quite good and all, I still believe "Sonic Boom" fits the video more properly. "Sonic Boom" sounds more like some epic adventure, it really adds to Sonic's incredible speed and agility. While this whole "Believe in yourself" song, although being good, doesn't add anything to the video.

You have a point, the US version does have some good songs to it, however, listening to people's playlists on here, going straight from a fantastic song in the Japanese version to the US version which sounds downright terrible in comparison really dampens any "old schooler's" enthusiasm about giving the other version a chance in my opinion.

The Progressive Rock suits Sonic a lot better than whatever that was in the Japanese version.
