hmm chun - li versus bison ..i would maybe say .. corner your self . and dont jump a lot ? when your cornrerd versing bison it kinda limits his options but if your in the middle with bison he got a lot of potential .. and timing is key when vs bison . just get your blocks right and when you see him go for the head stomp .. just wait until he starts going down.. i think you may be able to dash forward or back and avoid it . but if you dash to soon he could fake it and catch ya . timin is key
other than that Bison is tough, so good luck, try and sweep him and get your mix-up game going before he wakes up with sweeps, overhead flip kicks, neutral jumps and grabs, be aggressive once he's down because he'll be a lot worse to you if you let him up, and when he gets Ultra 2, switch to light kick > EX legs over heavy sweeps, that way if he fires U2 you can still do straight up jump and punish it while Bison is air-borne, or coming down, use Chun's basic mix-up game it's her a-bomb my exper

Each Bison is different, for instance the psycho drill goes through projectiles, some Bison's use that a lot, others do scissor kicks, so you gotta train against different Bison's to be ready for all of them, some are very aggressive, others like shennanigans, many like jump attacks and cross-ups
When Bison has Ultra 2, make sure to use light kicks for crouching pokes, as even if he fires Ultra 2 you can still evade with a straight up jump if he fires it during the kick animation, so it's safe, not so with heavy kick. Chun li's pokes are perfect for it, her standing strong and cr strong can shut down most of his attempts to get in, her standing roundhouse and down forward short will cover you from jump ins. Bisons use psycho crushers as panic buttons so you need to bait and punish those. They'll be looking for ex sbk so don't rely on them too much
Tips for dictator: I just deal with his pressure as best as I can and air grab his stomps. If you keep a good distance you can really take care of his stomps before they can make contact. Watch out for his standing roundhouse, that hitbox is gigantic and everyone knows it. Yeah Dictator is a pretty tough character if they know how to really pressure. Practice tech-ing throws. Someone on SRK told me to press grabs in the same rhythm their block string is going to anticipate them easier. It helps.

not really anything other then that but the jumping hard kick . but thats only if you got the timing perfect and know hes gonna stomp and not fake.
against a good bison player cant really do much thougb but corner your self and counter and reversals

The way you're getting these combos off, is there any reason you prefer Chun's ultra 1? You could've won that second round if you were using ultra 2.
