The talon is awd and is built as a quarter mile car, the nsx is for a road course not a straight line the outcome was exactly as would be expected. If they switched and went to a road course assuming the drivers are both decent the nsx would come out on top due to superior weight, weight distribution and handling characteristics.

I love all the stupid comments. When a manufacturer lists a car's factory 1/4 mile time, it is done under the most ideal conditions possible. Taken to part of the country where humidity and temperate is absolutely perfect, with a PROFESSIONAL driver, and they run the living piss out of multiple cars for days untill the lowest possible time is achieved. I know you all think you can do that at your local track on your first run, but come on man...

Both are piss slow. And that clock is broken. I'm pretty sure that Talon Ran 13.82, not 11.82. If you time it yourself, they launch at :02 and the talon finishes at about :15.

please oh god pleas replace that driver of the NSX. He was bogging down when he launched, at 0:10 he let his foot of the throttle (?), and at 0:12 he even hits the damn rev limiter. That NSX looks tuned but a stock one can run high 12's so can you imagine how fast THIS nsx would be if it had a proper driver
